If you're ready to have your Starlink installed, here’s how to prepare:
Step 1 - Send Us Your Info:
Fill out our Service Request Form with your name, contact info, address, and any special notes. We’ll review your location using Google Maps. If needed, we may request photos for a better assessment.
Step 2 - Site Assessment:
We’ll review your info and photos to ensure a clear view of the sky for the dish. If we can’t fully assess your site remotely, we may schedule an on-site survey. This helps us plan for mounting, wiring, or any special requirements ahead of installation.
Step 3 - Obtaining the Equipment:
After learning more about your requirements, we can point you to the right direction where you can obtain the system you will need at your location. Most people use the standard system yet many work from home customers tend to us the commercial system. If you don't know which system is right for you, this is something we will help you determine.
Step 4 - Book Your Install:
Once everything is reviewed, we’ll email you a quote with pricing and details. After your approval, we’ll book your install and get your Starlink system professionally set up.
